● How it works

Four simple steps

  1. Create your free account. Confirm your email and choose a password.
  2. Tell me about your dog. The problem, your daily routine, what you have tried, and links to any videos.
  3. Book your call from your account when you are ready. I read everything before we talk, so your call goes on advice and not on catching up.
  4. Get your written advice pack. It appears in your account after the call. You can read it or have it read aloud to you.
● What a call costs

When you are ready to book

  • 30 minutes, £70. One focused problem, with a short written advice pack and plan.
  • 60 minutes, £120. A full assessment, with the full advice pack and a week by week plan.
  • You book and pay from your free account, when you are ready. There is nothing to pay to create it.

● Good to know

Simple, from your sofa

  • Calls are on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, 6pm to 7:30pm UK time.
  • You pay when you book your call. You get a link by email or WhatsApp to join in your browser, no app needed.
  • The call is recorded so I can write up your advice pack. It appears under My consultations in your account.
  • Cancel 24 hours or more before for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, or a missed call, the fee becomes credit on your account.
